I'm so glad you're here.

If you’ve found your way here, there’s a good chance I understand exactly how you feel.

For years, improving my relationship with food felt impossible. I wanted to change - but kept falling back into the same patterns and didn’t know why.

We’re taught that dieting should help us feel in control, yet it often does the opposite - leaving us more preoccupied with food and stuck in cycles we can’t seem to break. That realisation shapes my work today.

Supporting people to break free from yo-yo dieting, emotional eating, stress eating, and binge eating isn’t just my profession - it’s my passion.

Before I got the help I needed, I felt like an unfixable case.

I’d always felt I was more focused on food than other people, but after following an intensive diet in my teens, it spiralled into feeling completely out of control around food - for over 18 years.

Whether I tried diet clubs, coaches, non-profit, or psychology settings - nothing helped me to regain the control I once had over my diet. I was put on support lists and taken off because I "looked fine". I even had coaches openly give up on me, which felt terrible.

I felt desperate, but felt I didn't qualify to get proper help, even though my struggle with food was taking over my life.

Can you relate?

I now know that issues with eating takes special understanding. It can't be changed overnight with willpower, diet trends, meal plans, or "mind-over-matter" psychology.

While the wellness world often doesn’t understand how to coach people through nutrition and mindset work, I want to assure you that there is a way to regain more peace and choice around food.

My approach is about discovering what truly aligns with you, in order to feel safe, heard, nourished - and free to live your life.

You aren't alone.
