A little about me

My interest in nutrition and food psychology comes from personal experience.

For years, I struggled with cycles of weight loss and weight gain, which affected my relationship with food, body and my self-worth. I also remember feeling overwhelmed by the endless stream of conflicting nutrition advice. Everyone seemed to have the answer about what you should or shouldn't eat, and I felt confused and stressed, and could rarely stick to anything long term.

As I began to understand the science behind nutrition and behaviour change, things finally started to make sense. That journey inspired me to become an Associate Registered Nutritionist and Health Coach, so I could help others cut through the confusion with evidence-based guidance and compassionate support.

Whether you're looking to improve your overall health or build a healthier relationship with food, my aim is to help you feel informed, supported and confident in the choices you make.

“This isn’t the usual nutrition advice. It felt like everything I needed to understand my relationship with food and finally get out of my own head.” - Sarah, 32
