Food struggles aren’t solved by willpower or another set of rules - they’re usually a signal that something deeper needs attention. That’s why I offer a valuable blend of nutrition expertise (to support your body) with therapy-informed coaching (to untangle the patterns and emotions underneath).

A six week foundation for those curious about coaching, therapeutic insights, nutrition basics, or wanting guided support while practicing independently.

A 3 month foundation for structured, personalized guidance, coping strategies, regular WhatsApp support, and the tools to set the stage for true change.

Mastery
A 6 month comprehensive program for anyone needing big shifts, in-depth support, daily (M-F) WhatsApp check-ins, integration and lasting transformation.
Meet me
I spent years swinging between strict dieting and full-on rebellion, wondering why nothing ever lasted. Feeling so lost was exhausting, isolating, and filled with shame - because how are we supposed to escape something that can affect everything we do?
I realised there’s a lot of conflicting nutrition advice out there, and anyone can call themselves a nutritionist. That’s why I became an Associate Registered Nutritionist - to provide evidence-based guidance held to professional standards.
I'm recovered now, a place I never thought I could get to. But I want you to know: I’m not more disciplined, genetically blessed, or capable than you are. With the right tools, you can break the diet cycle, and rebuild a healthy relationship with food, mind, and body.
