I’m Lizzie, an Associate Registered Nutritionist and Health Coach.
You’re in the right place if you want to feel better in your body but find yourself stuck in cycles of yo-yo dieting, emotional eating, or binge eating.
Food struggles aren’t solved by willpower or another set of rules - they’re usually a signal that something deeper needs attention. That’s why I offer a valuable blend of nutrition expertise (to support your body) with therapy-informed coaching (to untangle the patterns and emotions underneath).

I support people to build a calmer, more stable relationship with food through structured programmes and personalised support.
Most of my work is delivered through 12–16 week courses that guide you through stabilising eating patterns, before moving into deeper psychological and behavioural change. This allows time to practice change and build skills that last, rather than rely on short-term fixes or willpower.
If you’re looking for flexible or one-off support, individual 1:1 sessions are also available.

I spent years stuck between dieting and full-on food rebellion, wondering why I couldn’t stick to anything. I felt lost, exhausted, and ashamed - because how do you escape something that affects everything you do?
As I began to heal, I saw how much conflicting nutrition advice exists - and how hard it can be to know what to trust. I became an Associate Registered Nutritionist and trained coach, so I could help others find clarity through evidence-based guidance.
My life is not ruled by food stress anymore, a place I never thought I could get to. But I want you to know: I’m not more disciplined, genetically blessed, or capable than you are. With the right tools, you can break the diet cycle, and rebuild a healthy relationship with food, mind, and body.
